Trips and squads

How do I get my friends onto my trip?

Open your trip and share its invite code. Your friends download GoJa, sign up, and enter the code to join. You can make a new code at any time if the old one ends up somewhere it shouldn't.

What is a Loop?

A Loop is a day out that GoJa builds from your squad's stashes: the places in walking order, with travel times between each stop. It's a plan, not a booking. Add a Loop to a day on your itinerary when the squad is keen.

Does GoJa cost anything?

GoJa is free to start. For more, you can buy a Squad Trip Pass for a trip, which unlocks the full toolkit for everyone on that trip for 3 or 6 months. Loop Top-ups add extra Loop generations to a trip. Both are one-off purchases, not subscriptions, and nothing renews.

Purchases and refunds

I bought a pass but my trip hasn't changed

Open the trip's upgrade screen and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple or Google account you paid with. If it still doesn't show, email us with the date of the purchase and the trip name.

How do I get a refund?

Apple and Google take payment for GoJa, so refunds go through them. Ask Apple at support.apple.com/118223, or Google at Google Play Help. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or other consumer law. If you have a problem with a purchase, email us too and we'll help sort it.

Your account and data

How do I delete my account?

In GoJa, go to Account settings and tap Delete Account. You can also ask us by email without the app. See Delete your GoJa account for both ways and for what gets deleted.

What do you do with my data?

Our privacy policy lists what GoJa collects, why, who it goes to, and how to ask for a copy or a correction. Using GoJa means agreeing to our terms of use.
